Wags & Whiskers / June 2-4 / 10-1pm / Ages 6-12 - Sold Out!
Calling all animal lovers!
At Wags & Whiskers, campers will dive into a paws-itively creative art experience inspired by their favorite furry friends.
Each camper will adopt a stuffed animal friend at the start of camp and design a cozy animal house just for them. Throughout the week, artists will create handmade toys (some to donate), themed art projects, and imaginative creations centered around pets—using a variety of fun materials and techniques. We are super excited to have pet visitors join us each day from our friends and Neighborhood Pet Shop!

Summer in Paris / June 9-11 / 10-1pm / Ages 6-14 - 1/2 Full!
In this creative, hands-on art camp, young artists will explore the beauty and charm of Paris through fun, themed projects inspired by the city’s art, culture, and everyday life. Campers will work with a variety of materials including paint, clay, fiber art, and mixed media as they bring their own Parisian creations to life.

Wizards & Wands / June 16-18 / 10-1pm / Ages 6-14 - 1/2 Full!
Step into the magic of the wizarding world with this enchanting collection of whimsical, hands-on art projects!
Throughout the camp, young artists will become wandmakers and storytellers as they create their own magical 3-D Wizard Castle, Clay Wand, turn a paint pour canvas into a potion bottle, and create whimsical delivery Owls & Dragons!

Camp Treehouse / June 23-25 / 10-1pm / Ages 6-14 - Sold Out!
Young artists will design and build their very own 3D treehouse structure from the ground up. Throughout the week, campers won’t just create the treehouse — they’ll also craft all the tiny details that bring it to life.
From ladders and tire swings to furniture and forest friends, artists will use a variety of materials to imagine what their dream hideaway in the trees would look like.

Under the Big Top / July 7-9 / 10-1pm / Ages 6-14 - 1/2 Full!
Step right up and join the fun at Under the Big Top!
In this exciting circus-themed art camp, young artists will bring the magic of the big top to life through hands-on, creative projects. Campers will design and build their very own 3D circus tent and create the exciting world that goes along with it.

Fashion Week / July 14-16 / 10-1pm / Ages 7-14 -over 1/2 Full!
Step into the world of design at Fashion Week Art Camp!
Young designers will explore fashion through sketching, hand stitching, embroidery, and accessory design.
Campers will explore color, texture, and personal style as they bring their fashion ideas to life using a variety of materials.
By the end of the week, each artist will create pieces for their own mini collection — ready to show off in a fun fashion showcase! Join us for a stylish week of creativity, design, and fashion-forward fun!

Snack Attack / July 21-23 / 10-1pm / Ages 6-14 - 1/2 Full!
Get ready for a creative camp that’s full of fun and inspired by everyone’s favorite eats!
Young artists will explore the world of food through hands-on projects featuring snack-time favorites like hamburgers, pancakes, popcorn, and more. From pop-art style junk food to imaginative snack creations, this camp is all about turning favorite foods into exciting works of art. Join us for a fun-filled few days of tasty inspiration and artistic creativity at Snack Attack!

Surf Shack & Seashells / July 28-30 / 10-1pm / Ages 6-14 - 1/2 Full!
Catch the creative wave at Surf Shack & Seashells! In this beach-inspired art camp, young artists will design and build their very own cardboard surf shack and bring it to life with all the fun details that make it feel like a true seaside getaway.
Artists will explore painting, building, and mixed media techniques as they imagine what life would be like at their own beach hideaway. Join us for a week of sunshine-inspired creativity and coastal fun at Surf Shack & Seashells!

Mini Maker Mondays/ 10-12pm / Ages 4 & 5
Mini-Maker is a special Monday-only summer mini art camp designed just for children ages 4 & 5. In this fun and engaging 2-hour session, little makers will explore, experiment, and create using a variety of exciting art materials. From sensory painting and nature stamping to collage, clay play, and process-based crafts, each week brings a new hands-on adventure! Mini-Maker is the ultimate introduction to the world of art! Join us for a creative Monday filled with color, imagination, and joy!

Summer Camp Policies
*Always be sure to wear art clothes as some of our materials are not washable.
*All camps are drop off, drop off and pick up will take place at the front desk. Doors will open 10 mins before time.
*Artists MUST meet age requirements at the time of the camp.
Artists attending TLS camps MUST be respectful of the studio, studio materials, their artist friends, and instructors, immediate termination can be deemed by the owner and no monies will be refunded.
Bring a positive attitude, nut free lunch and water bottle to camp each day.
The Local Spark is not responsible for injuries that may occur while your child is in the studio.
Summer Camp Cancellation Policy – 2026
Due to the amount of time and preparation put into our camps, we only issue a STUDIO CREDIT (good for one year), once you are registered and paid for a camp with The Local Spark. To be issued a STUDIO CREDIT, we must be provided with a written email requesting a STUDIO CREDIT for the specific summer camp that you or your child is NOT able to attend.
We do not issue refunds, only STUDIO CREDITS, so it’s important to plan ahead. Please know, we’ll always do our best to be fair, and understanding, and to kindly work with you as every situation is unique.
